Investing in the important moments of your life is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your family. Your wedding will only happen once, and it happens in the blink of an eye. All of the waiting and anticipation is instantly over and suddenly you're being whisked away on your honeymoon. And though all of the planning and waiting is over, your wedding photographs will live forever. Not just on social media, but on your walls and coffee tables and in frames at your parents' house. Your wedding photos will tell your love story and legacy for the rest of your life.
Your children and pets grow up in flash, and remembering the special moments and milestones along the way is one of the best ways to document your story.

Family or Portrait Session
30-45 minutes of on-location shooting for your socially distanced session. Raw images are delivered to you through a personalized gallery where you'll pick your favorite images! From there I'll edit and deliver full-sized images for you to share and print.
Family or Portrait Mini Session
10-20 minutes of front-yard or local park socially distanced portraits. Perfect for Christmas cards or school portraits. And the same as the full session, you pick your favorites to be finalized and share/print at your leisure.
Creative sessions are extremely involved shoots. They require wardrobe, concept planning, and then hours and hours of editing. For this reason, creative images are priced upon request.
How do you photograph weddings?
I like to think of myself as a wedding documentary photographer. On your wedding day, I want to capture the feelings, the excitement, the calm, the crazy moments, and all the details that make your wedding unique. In addition to covering all the most important moments of the day, I love being by your side to help you on your wedding day. I'll get your fly-aways and fix your train, and cry with you in those perfectly happy moments. I can't help it, I'm a crier.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm US-based from Portland, OR and I absolutely love to travel! If you want me to photograph your wedding or portrait session you only need to cover my travel expenses in addition to the base photography fee. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to travel because this is YOUR big day and not a vacation for me.
When will we get our photos?
For wedding photos, you will receive your photos within a maximum of 12 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your wedding).
For portraits, you'll receive your photos within a 2-week window.
For all types of photography, you will receive an online gallery link where you can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many photos will we receive?
For 4 hours of wedding coverage, you will receive between 250 - 500 fully edited images. For 6 hours of wedding coverage, you will receive between 500 - 750 fully edited images.
For a portrait session, you will receive anywhere between 20-30 finalized images.
I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your wedding story.
How can I get the best photos possible on my wedding day?
I am SO glad you asked. Bistro lights and candle light are beautiful in theory but if you want crisp images of your wedding day you need LIGHT! I can absolutely shoot in low light, and in most cases I will, but please note that dark ceremonies will produce grainier images. I also bring external flashes with me, but I prefer not to kill the mood with paparazzi lighting. Consult your photographer (even if it's not me) about what lighting to expect the day of.
Can I book you for standard events?
Absolutely. Events run a flat rate of $300/hr. Photos will be delivered electronically for download and print.
